1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GooSourcing platform, website, and services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. GooSourcing acts as an intermediary between you ("Client") and Chinese manufacturers/suppliers.

2. Services

GooSourcing provides the following services:

• •Product Sourcing: Locating, vetting, and negotiating with Chinese manufacturers on your behalf.
• •Quality Inspection: On-site factory inspections and pre-shipment quality checks.
• •Shipping & Logistics: Sea/air freight, warehousing, consolidation, and door-to-door delivery to Algeria.
• •Customs Clearance: Document preparation and coordination with Algerian customs authorities.

3. Orders & Payments

• •All orders require an upfront deposit (typically 30–50%) before production begins.
• •Full payment must be received before goods are shipped from China.
• •We accept payments in DZD (CCP/BaridiMob), EUR (bank transfer), and USDT (crypto).
• •Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on final specifications, quantities, and exchange rates.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• •Estimated delivery times are provided as best-effort estimates and are not guaranteed.
• •Sea freight typically takes 20–35 days; air freight takes 7–10 days from China to Algeria.
• •Customs clearance times depend on Algerian customs authorities and are outside our control.
• •GooSourcing is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs holds, or carrier issues.

5. Returns & Disputes

Due to the nature of international sourcing:

• •We strongly recommend ordering samples before bulk production.
• •Quality issues identified during our inspection will be reported to you before shipping. You may cancel at that point.
• •Once goods are shipped, returns to China are generally not feasible. We will assist you in negotiating compensation from the supplier if defects are confirmed.
• •Disputes must be raised within 7 days of receiving goods, with photographic evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

GooSourcing acts as an intermediary and is not the manufacturer of any goods. While we take every precaution to verify suppliers and inspect quality, we cannot guarantee the performance, safety, or legality of products sourced. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fees we charged for the order in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
